"The host was chill, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We paid for the shuttle service which was very convenient. The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!"

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. "Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"

The hotel perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with stunning views that made every morning feel special. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Dining at the hotel was another highlight — the food was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Copthall! The service was exceptional! Many thanks to the great staff who took very good care of us. I will miss you all. I hope we can meet again! Additionally, the location was very serene. I loved the coziness of being tucked away between the mountains…yet, the hotel was not too far from the capital, and many attractions! My only note to mention was that we saw that breakfast was included in the price. When we checked in, we were told that part of the breakfast (fruit and a drink I believe) were complimentary. However, I was really impressed and grateful that the staff cooked meals to my liking, and even adjusted the menu on occasion. Overall… Great staff! Great food! Great service! Great location!!!"

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"
