"The rooms here are comfy and clean and breakfast is always good. Make sure the AC in your room is working before you settle in as I have had non working or low working AC in a couple different rooms. The main issue here is the customer service, I called previous to arrival as hotel requested to ask for a front room. Then, on arrival was literally berated by the front desk woman for leaving a previous review about the AC, fleas on bed covers and the front desk service. Not sure how this person could think she's entitled to act this unprofessionally and talk to a guest this way. Regardless I see from other reviews that this is an ongoing issue and as one nice human who overheard her chastising me said" Its hit or miss". "

"I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this property. I booked my stay through Expedia, and unfortunately, what was advertised is not what I received. • False Advertising: The listing explicitly advertised a pool, which was a main factor in my decision to book here. Upon arrival, I found out there is no pool on the premises. • Booking Terms Ignored: My booking clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, the hotel staff refused to honor this, claiming that because I booked through a "third-party app," I wasn't eligible for breakfast. This is completely unacceptable; a hotel should honor the terms of the reservation regardless of the platform used. This property is being very deceptive with their listings. I would highly recommend double-checking everything before staying here, or better yet, booking elsewhere where the management actually respects their customers' reservations. Stay away and beware of these bait-and-switch tactics."

"Breakfast, room, location were all excellent. The only problem was the 3 o'clock check in. We traveled from Phoenix Arizona about 7 hours and was there about 2:15 and we could not check in without an additional charge. That is poor customer service as the room was ready"
