"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "I stayed for 1 week with the family. Staff was friendly and receptive. The hotel is right on the beach. I was kindly given access to the solarium/roof area eventhough it was close to the public during my staying. Breakfast was good and had fresh fruit, bread and cheese in addition to freshly baked pastries. Parking is available but not free; it is possible to find a spot in the neighbourhood but not raccommanded due to concerns about street flooding during thunderstorms. We had one dinner in hotel since the menu was captivating: the 2 pasta dishes and 1 fish were just okay and we continued using other venues for meals other than breakfast."
