"We were honored to be the first guests after Isla Azul’s reopening under new management. The hotel manager Pedro is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Hotel, Great Location! Hilton Cartagena was an excellent choice for our stay. The location is fantastic, the staff is amazing, and we always felt safe throughout our visit. The food at Las Chivas Restaurant was delicious—don’t miss the fried chicken basket! There are also convenient local stores nearby where you can easily pick up any necessities. Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!"
