"The hotel is fabulous. The staff is really the best we have come across in our world wide travels. Special mention to customer relations staff Karen and Angel and Vivian. In the dining room we much appreciated Yan and Calvin; they were always friendly and professional and helpful and engaged us as individuals, remembered preferences and willingly chatted and communicated with us. The concierge services are stellar, housekeeping efficient and kind and able to recall and adapt to preferences. Truly a great and more importantly human and people oriented hotel. KUDOS!"
