"I've stayed at this Embassy Suites location numerous times. This time was not its finest. When we arrived, the bathroom lights would not turn on. We called the front desk and were directed to text for service, not a fan of this. No response from the text, so I called again, and they said they would send someone up to fix it. Took about an hour without lights before everything was usable. The next day, I received a text saying there was an emergency water shutoff from 11am to 1pm. No big deal, these things happen. Still didn't have hot water at 5pm, and when it finally returned, it was a slow trickle. Not optimal for planning showers and life. Valet parking was slow and unorganized, especially for the cost. Overall, I think they were just having a bad week. It has always been a pleasant stay. This one was just a little off. "

"The room was good, modern and fun! I think the cleanliness could be better. The majority of the staff is amazing but others could use some hospitality reminders. The facilities and location were great! The buffet was good, and there is also a Starbucks around the corner!"
