"Villa was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Swim spa was wonderful and relaxing. Upstairs bed was a tad hard but otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay."

"The hotel was centrally, located very close to everything within walking distance. The room was on the smaller side and the finishing a little bit dated. Otherwise pretty much functional and suitable for a one night stay. there was plenty of parking. "

"I wanted to leave a positive review as I felt the manager genuinely tries their best. There's a total lack of privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. You would want to be in a very confident and comfortable partnership to share this room. There's literally NO privacy at all. The bed is only a double which is a let down, especially with the $400 a night price tag. Breakfast is off site but quire good. "

The accommodation itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. It really feels like a special place to stay. "Was a nice place to stay. Only could fault a couple things really. 1 day the pool was overloaded with chlorine to the point it stripped my sons osmosis swim shirt from blue to grey and my shirt from brown to orange. And i. The roof of the cabin newds a good c9bweb clean. Oh and luckily we had a lighter as the gas stove lighter had ran out of gas. Other than that was a nice place to stay. Staff are friendly. "

"This hotel was well located for the Great Ocean Road. The hot spring soak was great. Dinner at Tides was amazing. Wonderful food and great service. The room itself was comfortable enough but very dark. Some lights were out. It was very loud. People were carrying on at the hotel driveway and smoking and all that reached our room directly above the driveway on the 1st floor. Would have expected better coffee for the price of the room. "
