"Not up to standards. Definitely not what you would expect from a 4 stars luxury stay, a facility that -according to locals- is "the best in town". While the facility is beautiful and the staff is nice, it pains me to say that, next time, we will consider staying at an AirBnB in the city centre and possibly use the hotels restaurant and facilities - no special treatment is reserved for the hotel guests. We were told that we had to book our dinner in the restaurant in advance and that if we were...

"It was a very nice place to stay. The shops and restaurants were down this hill so if you were walking it meant taking stairs to get to that level."

"I had an entire apartment right on the river Ness the view was beautiful and the location was walkable to several dining and shopping options and the Train and bus stations. My check in was contact less but the property was in beautiful condition including a very generous welcome basket and a lovely coffee and tea selection. This stay was amazing "
