Great location from O’Hare airport (about 10 minute taxi ride) and great location to the L-Train (Rosemont - about 15 minute walk away). Staff were super helpful and kind! Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of options.

Great experience from start to finish. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was fantastic - I used this multiple times during my stay to both get to the airport to use the L train to get into the city and to then get back to the hotel afterwards. The shuttle runs every 30 mins and the drivers are really friendly and helpful. In particular Bob who was quite a character and a joy to chat with. Clean room, very spacious. Easy to walk to CTA to get to downtown. The free shuttle from airport was great. If need accessible transfer make sure you book this in advance as only send this if it has been requested.

We’ve stayed here a number of times over the last 15 years and it’s always been consistently brilliant. Can’t fault it. Staff are kind and polite. It’s easy to access and the shuttle is great. Right opposite the fashion outlets mall which was a plus. The pool was shut on this occasion but we wouldn’t have had time to use it anyway

What a great place , the separate living area to bedrooms was great , cooker and microwave where great , great location with target and food places right next door , good breakfast every morning, free transportation to CTA station to go to town. A great stay only minus point was the daily parking charge which you have to bear in mind get added at end of stay , would have been nice if had been free ti residents but it clearly states this so not hidden

Reasonably priced, close to the airport. Good staff and a nice breakfast.
