"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast on the enclosed terrace with a lake view was excellent. The front staff were ever so helpful in booking me an e-bike. If you’d like to stay somewhere with old world charm, this is it. Also if you’re looking for something different to eat, try their Latin themed restaurant, Kasa, right next door. "The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."
