"We had a loud motor going all night that vibrated by bed. i got 30 minutes of sleep all night. manager would not do anything about it. i had to drive back home for 35 minutes on 30 minutes of sleep. the manager was upset with me for not going down to the desk at 1 in the morning to report this. I will never stay at this motel again and i told this to the manager. he could of cared less. stay clear of this place."

"Sheets had not been changed. Stains on sheets and comforter. Cigarette holes is pillow cases. Marijuana smell coming through fan and air vent. Light bulbs burnt out on vanity. Went to the office and ask that they be changed and the made tried to hand me the light bulbs and get me to change them. Told the lady we paid to stay there the least they could do is change the light bulbs!! We will NEVER stay there again!!"

"Parking was a challenge at the time we were there. Perhaps that will be alleviated when construction in the area of the hotel(s) is completed."

"I booked 3 rooms and the only real reason I gave 2 stars is because the ladies at the front were really nice. The rooms and bathrooms smelled a little sour like a dirty mop was used in all of them. The showered were dirty and had hair the beds had hair in them. The checkin process wasn't seamless because the systems weren't working properly. The hallways were extremely dirty. There was a stain on some bedding. It definitely wasn't what I was used to or expected from the Hilton. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the ladies up front were so sweet. I doubt I stay again. "

"Clean room but a big cockroch in the room after waking up on 4 floor alive"

"The room was not very clean. There was a dirt ring in the sink and the hand towels were dirty (they were not changed out from the previous person’s stay). I cleaned the sink and put aside the dirty towels and we just used the bath towels. Then when we went to wash up, the sink water backs up and the next day noticed the same in the shower. The A/C is very old and did not work very well. The TV is outdated. Also, some people were smoking outside of our room and the smell was seeping into our room. So the doors seals are probably worn. This location could use a good overhaul. The reason it even got 3 stars was because the staff member who check us in was very friendly. Her name is Brentney. She gets 5 stars. "
