Great staff

The staff were so friendly. They let us check in early as we’re really tired from our flight and needed a nap and they upgraded us to a bigger room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in the centre of Roskilde, restaurant/pub at the front of the hotel on the main shopping street. Decent food. No facilities in the room (kettle) That was the only downside.

All the staff were wonderful. The hotel is centrally located. You are right in the center and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Ask for room 103. Visit the Thanksgiving Gallery only minutes away for excellent local art.

Lovely hotel, clean and right in the city center. Light breakfast option available. Unfortunately, just stairs, no elevator to the third floor rooms. Excellent staff was able to relocate us to the first floor.

Hotel location in the city center. Nice older hotel with older style interior. The room was old and could use an upgrade. Bathroom was fresh. Everything clean. Would stay there again.

Great location, but the bathtub is odd, uncomfortable and unsafe for showering. Lobby looks nice, but the rooms are worn and not updated. Breakfast food was very good, but breakfast area was very cramped. Luggage holding was excellent.

Comfortable & nice.

It was a good size room, clean enough, did not smell even though the hotel is older. We realize there is no coffee provided in most hotel in Denmark, but receptionist was kind enough to loan us a kettle. However, try not to come on Sunday or Monday. Majority of shops are closed on Sundays. The attractions are closed on Sunday and Mondays.

Location is perfect! We checked in early for a small fee. Walked to everything. Our room was great. Several large windows overlooking the cobblestone walkways. The parking is tight. The shower is the problem. it is not designed well and water runs out. Make sure you have extra towels as they will be needed to keep the water from running out of the flooded bathroom. Our pre-check in person was not as friendly as we would have liked, but the rest of the staff was wonderful.
