"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Accommodation was perfect for what we needed it for - a one night stay close to the arena. Better communication would be appreciated as we didn't hear from the host until 13:00 on check in day after multiple attempts to contact."

"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."
