"We had disturbances through the night from the room next to ours. They were yelling in the halls. We finally got up and checked out to go back home at 6:30 am. There was a person seemingly intoxicated on drugs or alcohol roaming the hall and even standing in front of our door requiring us to call security to ensure we could safely leave. When checking out we asked the front desk attendant to have the manager call us and we are at the end of the business day and we’ve not received a call."

"Everything was good. Nothing exceptional. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was standard. More fruit would have been nice & the juice machine wasn’t working. Parking was close to the door, but the lot wasn’t secure or even paved. Location was convenient for downtown."

"Everything was good except the receptionist girl who checked in for us. Her attitude was not friendly at all, she shouldn’t ask us if we were staying overnight, what was the point? We didnt feel welcome to stay at the hotel. I don’t think I would come back here. "

"Although the hotel boasts an old world charm, it lacks the luxury it implies. The walls and doors are from yester year. Our stay was like a frat house with guests coming and going from their rooms all night, seriously all night. At most hotels this would be a minimal disturbance but with the paper walls and doors it was not ideal for restful sleep. I would avoid this hotel if you're a light sleeper. The $$$ does not equal the experience. "

"It seems ghetto when you pull up to the property. Inside is very nice and well maintained. It was a very busy hotel with lots of kids sports teams staying. This made the pool extremely busy. And no where to sit in the hot tub so I didn’t use the pool at all which was sad. The room was very spacious and clean. I loved that it didn’t feel stuffy. We had an adjoining room and that was great for our party of 7. I loved that the room didn’t have carpet. They had a great little table that pulled out...

The front desk had us entered in their system as in a room on the first floor, but gave us keys for a room on the second floor (no big deal, mistakes are made). But I think they almost double booked the room, because a worker came to check to see if someone was in the room. She gave the lightest knock and then immediately opened the door, despite the "do not disturb tag...

"Newly renovated and it shows. Great property on Pembina Highway, very close to downtown. The breakfast was great each morning I was there and the free coffee was very good too! The rooms were spotless, and clean. Great place to stay."
