"Schwierige Kommunikation. Die Page 'Webconcierge' bot zwar viele Infos, aber Rückfragen im Chat wurden nicht beantwortet. Auch die Fragen über Expedia wurden nicht beantwortet. Die Checkin-Infos in den FAQ stimmten nicht. Als wir dann jemanden per WhatsApp erreichten, hieß es, dass wir die Check-in-Infos am Anreistag morgens bekommen.
