"Wonderful"

"It was a really lovely hotel. The room wasn’t particularly large, but it was very stylish and more than comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and absolutely wonderful — probably my favorite part of the room. It was beautifully designed and felt really luxurious. The high ceilings and large windows also made the room feel bright and impressive. We truly enjoyed our stay."

"Great night stay after touring the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Central location within walking distance to several restaurants and great shopping options. Breakfast included coffee, tea, yogurt, granola bars, pop tarts, and apple sauce packets if you have little ones. Also offered bottled water. Bed was comfortable and even though it's on a main highway, traffic quiets down after dark and wasn't bothersome at all. Great budget option in Montrose."

"Clean little tiny home right on the creek. Megan was a fantastic host. We had a couple little problems upon initial checkin but she addressed them promptly with a smile. We stayed one week without any other problems. They even offered for us to extend our stay one day, we loved it so much we re-arranged our travel plans and accepted the extension. We will definitely be back to the Wheel Haus soon!"

"Not a great hotel. Not a horrible hotel. Satisfied our needs for a quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate as well"

"The biggest complaint was breakfast. They were not keeping it stocked, we had to wait for bacon and biscuits to be cooked after they ran out (twice), ran out of toast and bagels and didn’t seem to be concerned about restocking the food. Garbage cans overflowing with breakfast plates. Breakfast would have been great if they had not been running out of everything and no one watching to keep it stocked"

"I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the...
