"The room was beautiful, the bathroom was luxurious and clean. The staff particularly Debbie was very welcoming and friendly, just perfect for who you’d want as front of house staff. The breakfast had a great variety whether you wanted hot or cold food just help yourself! Tea and coffee was served to you making it feel more personal. The gardens were immaculate, the gardener clearly puts a lot of time and effort into it. There was good parking accessible and easy to everyone."

"The room was clean and comfortable, with a seaview. The bathrooms was compact, Sllght moan shelf above sink was loose could not put anything on it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful though at times there seem to very busy due to staff shortages . The food was very good at all meals with generous portions."

"Excellent value with all you need with parking onsite, communal kitchen and free Wi Fi. Ideally located close to Greenock town centre and the train station for direct trains to Glasgow. Bit rough and ready around the edges but hard to fault unless you're expecting top end luxury. John was very helpful too."
