"Our room looked tidy, until i got to the bathroom to have a shower. Alot of mould on the ceiling & mould & grime in the shower. It instantly made me feel ill. I asked for a room change. We were upgraded. The second room was a bit better, but there was mould on the bathroom ceiling & grime on the window panes. Not as much as the previous room, but it was still there. The kitchen bench hadnt been cleaned. There was sticky grime on that. There was no microwave, cutlery & plates. No dish liquid or cloth's to clean up after ourselves. It consisted of 2 wine glasses, 2 small glass tumblers, 2 cups & 2 teaspoons. I had to ring the motel restaurant to ask for plates & cutlery for our room, as we provided our own food. With the cost of the rooms, what are we paying for? A bed to sleep in? One positive, the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff need to be retrained & their work checked. So disappointed. Will not be returning."
