We had a great stay, we had an issue with the room Air conditioning that couldn't be fixed straight away so the gave us a new room (which had a better view). It was clean and tidy, the staff were really helpful and pleasant they were Mel, Nasia (I've probably spelt that wrong) and the guy working with Mel that looked at the AC. Would highly recommend staying and would definitely stay there again!

Staff were lovely, especially the fantastic front desk ladies who were Super friendly and welcoming. Rooms were roomy The laundry room was a little bit of a fight, long line ups for only 3 washers and 2 dryers. Other than that, location fantastic, seating area for catch up drinks and coffee is very cosy. Overall a fantastic stay.

The staff at Sudima were the friendliest we have ever encountered, they were friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was fresh even with the coach loads that had come through earlier in the morning

Room was great but the shower was not - the water was hot and then cold and then hot again. Made showering tricky. Apart from that, everything.was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was ecellent (for dinner and breakfast)

Rooms could do with attention shower over flowed in and around toilet didn’t seem to drain adequately so floor was wer, clean, comfortable beds. TV & phone seem to have a mind of its own switch on at different times throughout the night.
