"Couldn’t fault this place. Staff were friendly and Alvin gave us a late checkout and was very helpful and courteous during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be booking there again 😊"

"From check in to check out the staff were brilliant. The hotel itself is in a great location. We got a free upgrade to the premium room, the room was spacious and clean. A nice added touch was complimentary drinks at the bar and a free mini bar."

"Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. The lady at checkout was very apologetic and restored our faith a little in the staff as she refunded the glasses of wine. Such a shame as the rest of our experience was good. Only other comment would be about the pillows - firm far too firm and soft far too soft!"

"The hotel is really well located in Fremantle and meant that everything was in walking ndistance for us. It was also handy being able to pay for parking with our hotel charge. The breakfast menu was good and the bar service also good. We'd come back!"
