This hotel was great, close to what we wanted to see in Rouen. Staff was friendly and helpful. The staff has a great sense of humor.

The hotel is well placed for visiting the historic areas of the city, which are a short walk away. There is on-site parking (60c per hour on our visit), which is in a fairly secure underground car park which could still accommodate our Peugeot Rifter car (which is the same height as a small van).

Parking plus old town

Super close spot to old town with parking. Walking distance to Horloge astronomical clock and timbered buildings. Restaurants looked inviting and more than met expectations. Ten minute stroll in everything was delightful.

The great staying

Fantastic...everything was great from reception to Breakfast. Guy with a beard in the Breakfast room was amazing. He looks very sharp in what he is doing. Great Service all across. I definitely will come back.

Hotel with parking not far from old town.

Nice hotel about 10 minute walk from the old town. The hotel has an underground parking that costs €0.60 per hour. There is also on-street parking next to the hotel that is more expensive during the day, but is free during the night. There is a somewhat busy road near the hotel, which you almost don't hear as long as the window us closed.

Ok hotel for on your way.

Ok hotel, some newer features on building and breakfast was in Mercure area newly renovated and complete as french breakfasts are. Staff was welcoming and friendly, walking me to breakfast and setup ironing. Room was decent size, the bathroom was a capsule, but all a bit outdated. I could not control the AC and had to keep window open, though as it's on a busy road it was a bit loud.

This is a cost effective hotel in a good location in regards to the centre of Rouen. Lots of local shops are walkable and it’s easily accessible by car. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean etc. The car parking situation is… acceptable. It’s incredibly tight, really not for any longer vehicles. My Jag barely fit in and out and the spaces definitely weren’t wide enough for it. It’s also not the cheapest parking option locally - so worth baring in mind.

Find out first!

The Room Card said there was room service, but the menu was not only out of date (azlthough it didnt say so) but the picing had more than doubled. Instead of honouring this we were told they would speak tp spmone. The two hotels have combined but there was no signage to say so, which meant looking fo Ibis reception, which was in the Mercure Hotel. As regular visitors here, it was very disappointing, although domr og thr dtsff were the same and very good.

hôtel très agréable, facilement accessible en voiture car sur un grand boulevard et pour autant très silencieux. Le personnel est à l'écoute y compris après minuit pour le portier de nuit. Petit déjeuner commun avec le Mercure donc de très grande qualité. A recommander pour visiter Rouen.

Big group was on house so other hotel guests got relocated to a banquet room nearby… Poor dinner menu overpriced. Cafe Gourmand was not eatable and still cold from the chiller after 1/2hr wait… going to bat to pay the check… really? Second visit was worst than last year. Will not return.
