"I left something and I called and spoke to someone and she told me that she was putting a note in the system for house keeping. When my sister went to get the item I left behind, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second time I have forgotten something and it not be there. Either someone is keeping the things that people accidentally leave or throwing them away."

"I was leery of the location; however, it was quiet and very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend .... we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and accommodating the staff were to our needs."

"Our room was clean. Staff was very helpful, polite, and kind. Good breakfast choices.Hotel is located in walking distance of several fast food restaurants. The one negative is the hotel is located somewhat close to a fish plant of sorts and the smell of fish can sometimes be really strong. Otherwise very nice place to stay."

"The room and common areas were both disgusting, not clean. They had a bench right outside the front door and every time we came and went there were employees smoking right by the front door. Couldn’t avoid them until we realized there was a side door. They were remodeling and I understand that, however they didn’t even try to clean the main lobby and breakfast seating area. Won’t be back to this hotel. Drive the extra 30 mins and stay in Biloxi."

"not alot of tv channel choices but no issues. I had to get a 2nd room. The first room had freshly shampooed carpet (according to staff) I walked into the room and headied for the restroom and fell. Due to the carpet still being wet and tile in the bathroom I slipped. I went and told the desk clerk and all she did was apologize and offered a new room. "Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was overall very good the only problem was we had to switch rooms because of a little mildew under the sink but staff let us switch immediately and everything was fine. Breakfast is decent. Recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The water in the hotel was brown and when confronte by the stuff they said thats just how it is around here. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel and they were OUTSIDE!!! Not even small room for them to be inside out of the weather."

"Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything.
