"Very clean, nice courteous staff, nice location quieter . But like all hotels bfast finishes to early day old breads. And humidity very high in room, but was very humid Texas day! Other than that, yes I’d recommend yes!"

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

"I was only there cause my car needed extra work done and parts not there til next day. Room ac wasnt strong, luckily the ceiling fan worked, ice machine didnt work, the clerk had a bag of ice, no thanx, breakfast was bad, waffle maker not on and looked not to been cleaned, and the mix was in a fridge that was probably there for days and too thin"

"First impression not so great, elevators were down and I had reserved a suite on second floor, couldn't imagine walking up and down with luggage and kids our entire stay. They did offer to move us to first floor but had to go from suite to double bed which was ok. The guy at front desk was amazing. He was very friendly and accommodating. Pool area need some TLC that hot tub smells awful and water is green. Pool was nice. But they need to clean around it. Overall had a great stay.. breakfast was...

"When sitting in the living room area, you could see the thick layer of dust under the bed. It was dirty behind the bed as well. Our daughter noted to not drink from the Keurig because it was so dirty. We were also met with unexpected resort fees at check in. We really just stayed there to be near our daughter & did not use any amenities. The restaurant was very good! And we had an excellent server. The outside property overall was nice. Upon checkout, the desk clerk never even asked how...
