Property was under construction and was only there one night solo for work so didn’t get to check out all amenities but super friendly, helpful staff. Clean and updated rooms, but kind of small if more than more person were to be staying in one room.

No room service. Hotel doesn’t have an actual restaurant or dining room, the bar has a limited menu. Any food delivery necessitates going to the lobby to receive the food. Clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Main issue was the air conditioning which is old and extremely noisy

Omni Austin Hotel
Great hotel near Congress Street, one of the main parts of Austin. The staff was amazing & so friendly, always looking to help. I would definitely recommend the Omni Downtown. We had a great stay!
