"One of the pluses and reasons we like to stay at Embassy Suite is the happy hour and breakfast. This Embassy Suite Round Rock, happy hour is run by a drill sergeant and his bar ran out of beer during the first hour. Upset guest, walking away with no complimentary drink. Some folks were from out of state, made Texas look very unwelcoming. Don't brag about having complimentary drinks if you don't have it.
The room was clean but had to ask for things, regular coffee instead of just decaf....etc."

"Every thing is good during our stay. The only thing we don’t like is there is no microwave in the room and the coffee maker is dirty in our room . They should have coffee area for full day in common place . Their restaurant has very limited menu . Otherwise it was a great stay ."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bed. The a/c was cold. The refrigerator was also cold. No microwave in the room but they have one in the dining area. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels. Continental breakfast was good. They didn’t have waffles but did have mini pancakes. They have coffee all day and night. They even had decaf, which I’m thankful for since I can no longer drink regular coffee. They accommodated my request to keep my room and my family’s...

"The staff here was wonderful, unfortunately they were working in an extremely hot lounge area with no air conditioning. The faucet in my tub was broken off the wall, the fan in the bathroom screeched so loud it couldn't be used, and the couch and chair in the room were filthy. Paid way too much for far too little here."
