"Unfortunately we were allocated a room on the ground floor, sandwiched between a staff cleaning room and a meeting room. The safe did not work, the room looked out onto a rough area at the back of the hotel, staff wheeled rubbish outside the window every day creating a lot of noise. "This property is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast that was included with our hotel room was delicious. Every single person that works at this hotel is so kind and helpful from the security guards to the weight staff as well as the front desk. The only thing we didn’t know is that we got a room that did not have air-conditioning, but it was not too warm. They also also offered us fans. I would definitely stay here again. We loved getting in the hot tub and watching everyone swim and utilize...
