"Arrived at the hotel to be told sunbeds on the private beach (which is why we choose the hotel to begin with) were 35 or 45 euros each! Not once did we see this mentioned.
Secondly and this is the worst part / our bed sheets were stained with blood and what looked like urine. I called reception and the women came up with new sheets (my husband had to help here change them?!) - she didn’t apologise one nor did anyone say or do anything the next day. Terrible service and quite rude.
Location was the best thing about this hotel even though we were starring at apartments which isn’t what we call a ‘city view’
