"Very cute little boutique compound in Juan-Les-Pins. Heated pool - which is great (and not common in the area). The staff was super friendly and helpful. Love the patio/pool/outdoor area, photos don't do it justice. My room was pretty spartan, but clean and functional. My one complaint was that it was pretty noisy and I had trouble sleeping. If I came back, I would request a room that isn't on the ground floor and one that isn't attached to the hotel kitchen - the stomping of guests upstairs and the banging of the kitchen behind me kept me awake at night and early in the morning."
