"Schöne Lage des Hotels am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Pool war für unsere Zwecke groß genug und schön ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Gutes Frühstück in angenehmer Lage zur Fußgängerzone. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt."

Der kostenlose Zugang zu Teatro Beach war super. Da dann dort so Anlage nutzen konnte war ausgezeichnet! Aber was ich nicht empfehlen kann ist das Essen. "We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"

"Licht und Schatten Als erstes vorweg, es steht zwar Sentido drauf ist aber maximal Sentido ligth drin. Im Vergleich zum Sentido Blue auf Kreta zwei Kategorien darunter. Zum positiven: Personal wirklich top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist für ein AI-Buffet ok und abwechslungsreich aber die Getränke wie Wein, Cocktails, etc. sind billiger Fusel. "The staff was incredibly helpful, we arrived late and they were very accommodating. We had an issue connecting to the wifi and they made sure to help us out. They even let us check out later as it was the first night of our honeymoon. Couldn’t have asked for a better host."

This hotel is also in a very convenient spot: it is not too far from the airport, there is a bus stop to Knossos Palace right across the street, and it is a short walk away from sites (i.e. Morosini fountain, the Venetian Loggia).
