Prcisamos deixar um documento de "garantia" na recepção ( não entendi até agora o pq, já que estava tudo pago, e nenhum adicional para consumo no quarto), e todos os europeus estavam conseguindo fazer check in com antecedencia de 30-40min, e para nós só liberaram as 15h mesmo.
