"The staff were all super friendly and helpful.We did valet our car for 3 nights which was expensive ($60/night) but parking in Boston stinks anywhere and the valet was convenient so we didn't have to drive around looking for a garage.There is also a $40/night "hotel" fee which I know the city puts onto the bill but it is a bit ridiculous money grab. Our room (813) was a nice corner room. We loved the night light in the bathroom under the mirror that was red and on a motion sensor. The shower...

"This place was great! Views were great, vibes were great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking, they don’t have their own parking so you have to park in a nearby garage or street and it gets pretty pricey. We paid $75 for overnight parking next door at TD Garden (one of their recommended). Other than that no complaints! Walking distance to most everything."

"It was fine but the price was truly terrible for a1night stay ($700 for king bed). I was upgraded to penthouse because of my Bonvoy membership, where the view of Boston harbor was amazing, but the room was the same gray room as what I would have gotten on a lower floor. This may be standard for Boston during college graduation season. I do not know if the rest of my party had similar thoughts. It was shocking to me though."

"We stayed for two nights last weekend. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned during our stay. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 a.m. but never returned afterward. In addition, there was no coffee provided in the room. When we raised the issue regarding the lack of cleaning with reception, the staff member showed little interest in addressing our complaint. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not choose to stay here again. "
