"The staff of the Mediterranean Inn were wonderful and they gave us some excellent suggestions of places to dine. The rooftop porch was also perfect for us as it gave us a view of the bay with all the sailboats coming in before dark and then the gorgeous sunset. "Only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the location and the convenience of the parking garage being attached to the hotel. That's about it. Bed was comfy I suppose. All elevators were out due to "renovations" except one, which was fine until we learned this was the case for two months already. "The hotel was overall pretty nice, but here's the reason for the poor score. When I booked the hotel months ago, I called the property and spoke with someone who assured me we could leave our bags at the front desk for a few hours because of a cruise, I even got the person's name. Then when we were checking out the manager informed us that was not possible and she did know anyone by that name. I feel the manager should have honored a promise made by one of their staff. I would not stay here...
