"The male manager (I believe his name is Charles) is very nice and friendly! Both times I've been here though, the front desk didn't give me their little instructions sheet on what was expected. The second time, I knew what to do; but the first time, I had to be told that I have to bring the garbage to the dumpster myself. I obviously didn't mind, but I wasn't given any information until I later spoke with the manager who provided me with the proper information. The pots and pans are also very tiny for somewhere that is supposed to be a "hone away from home." I could barely make a small meal for my boyfriend and I with the provided kitchen equipment. The fitted sheet also falls off the bed too easily, which was a slight bother to have to redo everyday. Unless, it is purchased as a deal, I personally believe the stay is quite expensive for the service you receive. Other than that though, the place is very nice. The location is pretty quiet and only minutes to Fort Bragg, which was amazing for days my boyfriend had to go in to work. I would give other interested hotel stayers the advice to ask for the information sheet upon arrival but otherwise, I would very much recommend this place! Had a great week stay both times I went!"

"Location is a pro. And friendly staffs. Breakfast needs to be better we got sick from the food. The food tastes preserve. The hotel was smelling like marijuana that came into the rooms gave us headaches we had to leave a few times to be able to breathe. Cleaning the room and bathroom did not happen while we stayed. Had plumbing issues a couple of times. The beds were sinking and so squeaky very uncomfortable."

"Staff was amazing - lobby, restaurant and room(except the grumpy bar tender guy). Room was clean, but things in the bathroom were broken (sink and mirror). Breakfast selection was great and the flavor was (3 out of 5). Bed was very comfy and when the peple above us were crazy slamming (mma wrestling?) for an HOUR, they actually went to the room and it stopped. Honestly i think it is the very best place in the whole city. We would stay there again and ask for the top floor. "

"Hotel was under renovation so the air, & refrigerator in my room stop working. The main outlet in the room didn’t work also there was no microwave in there. The water from the sink was leaking around the faucet. The breakfast was ok, they could add alittle more options. And give out complimentary bags to check in guests."
