"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room. "The room was decent but that’s where it ends. Staff were rude and not very helpful. When I asked for them to repeat themselves because I didn’t hear them they were very rude and talked down to me. The parking is ridiculous. $45 a night for a crappy parking lot full of potholes and puddles that don’t drain properly. The bar staff in the restaurant were amazing super helpful. The older gentleman was very kind and helpful when I could open my bottle of wine and also gave me a nicer glass to drink...

"I usually stay here when I’m Edmonton and have had no issues however this was my worst visit so far. My experience with the hotel receptionist was far from pleasant. She was not friendly, maybe she was having a bad day. There was maintenance and several repairs going on so the pool and dinning areas were cordoned off. The breakfast was terrible bacon burnt, scrambled eggs very dry and hash browns were hard and inedible. I really hope they improve things."

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."
