"Loved that the hotel was in an old Hawaiian neighborhood/area with chickens, cats, roosters and a peacock comfortably enjoying the property, as well. "Very old property. Had a room upstairs right next to the stairs. Other guests were dragging suitcases up right next to our open window. Very noisy. Had to keep windows open because it was very warm and there was NO AC! And no elevator for us to get our luggage to our room. Fortunately someone helped us as we are in our late sixties. "We had a ground level room the was very convenient for walking to the pool and the general area. Was very surprised and pleased to have a washer and dryer in the room because this was the last place we were staying on the trip and was nice to have a refresh! The pool was like a water park, I have never seen anything like that at a resort!"
