"Booked a 4 night getaway for my boyfriend and I to have a relaxing stay in weekend. It was going to snow that weekend so it was going to be perfect to stay in, swim, bowl, get massages, etc. WRONG. The pool and all other amenities are separate from the hotel. Meaning we'd have to walk across the parking lot with wet hair from swimming outside through the snow and wind to get to and from our room. Same with all other amenities. Going up to the room the hallways are the most narrow hallways I've ever been in (think almost one way traffic) and the layout itself is very confusing, but that's just a side note. Got into the room. Smelled old, the curtains had many visible tears in them, and the bed had about a hand sized brown stain on it. We immediately went downstairs and let the staff know that we would not be staying. There was a little delay in our refund because we were marked as a "no show" so the Expedia team had to fight it that we did indeed show up, check in, then leave. But we did end up getting our money back and that's the only positive experience. Drove 7 hours for nothing. Complete waste of time."

"I had a clean and pleasant room to stay in while recuperating from a medical procedure. The desk clerk was pleasant and provided a very nice little welcome bag with a water bottle, cookies and small bag of chips. Nice, unexpected little touch. The hotel interior was clean and well maintained. The hotel exterior could use a little TLC. Some decent lawn care and landscaping would help a bit as the exterior looked a bit worn and tired. But, overall the interior was much better and, again, the room was clean and comfortable. And, the breakfast was decent. No complaints. I happened to get a very good price for the room so, overall, it was a very good stay and I'd definitely stop back again for a night or two of accomodations."

"The room I stayed in was large and easy to move around in with my walker but, the pool was closed for work, the breakfast was overcooked, those wonderful cinnamon rolls that Holiday Inn is know for were not there. These rolls were hard and dried out. Front desk staff did not understand english. I asked where I could place out going mail, and my answer was ya ya ya, me no understand you. They need to do an update on rugs and furniture. There was a spot on the floor that look like someone had threw up on it and was never cleaned."

"Breakfast was good. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool. Short stay. Issues...2AM my bed was vibrating from the bass from someone's music. I use a CPAP and was still inhaling all the weed someone was smoking. The hotel, outside and inside smelled of weed. Our bathroom was clean, but... The couch in our room was atrocious. I covered it with a blanket to sit down. The drapes had something on them so did the chair. The staff was pleasant, but short staffed. When I did call the front desk at 2AM, they did get whomever was playing music to lower it down."
