"- redecorating / construction in the building starting from 7AM— impossible to sleep / work — called down to the front desk twice and they didn’t do anything — kept saying they didn’t hear anything so they assumed the noise had stopped. Also found the sticker of the bedding (size of the bedding) stuck to me when I woke up — which leads me to believe the sheets were never washed — I’m hoping they were at least new and unwashed, and not just unwashed between guests."

"We loved our stay at Apex, great location in Glasgow, we walked everywhere. The adjacent parking deck was very easy and convenient. Hotel staff were wonderful. We loved the 24/7 access to tea, coffee, and filtered water. Rooms were a great with comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was truly the best hotel that we stayed in while we were in Scotland! The only problem is that it is in Glasgow, and it is not even close to one of the prettiest places in the country. If you go to Scotland, you need to go to the Highlands or the Isle of Skye and not here. This hotel is awesome though!! The service was fantastic and the rooms and interior are beautiful. "Stayed two nights. Hotel is well situated but is getting a bit outdated. Bathroom door was poorly repaired. Hotel is quite noisy, all sounds within the hotel seem to carry and the doors slamming was both heard and felt when lying in bed. Breakfast was just basic. First morning apparently no chef working so no hot options only continental. Second morning with a chef so we were able to order hot food. Partner ordered a full Scottish breakfast and was happy but I ordered salmon, poach eggs and...
