"The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. "Very clean comfortable beds. Excellent front end staff and amazing housekeeping. They changed our towel and made our beds. Very few hotels do that these day. The hide a bed however was a little less desirable. You will have to ask for more bedding to sleep on top due to a very spring felt bed. However that’s the only drawback Very quiet and relaxing hotel"
