"We (2) stayed in the comfort room for 8 days. When we first got here, we were a little disappointed with not having a standing shower in the room but overtime we made it work! The room itself was really clean and housekeeping came every single day. The staff here are incredibly kind and provided us with everything we asked for. The breakfast was 10/10 every single day. We couldn't be more happy. It's very quiet too. We will definitely come back here again. So thankful for the staff here, truly....

"Bathroom smelled like raw sewage or rotten fish / dead animal.. maybe the P-trap or sewer system has a problem or maybe it really is animal-related. Room was never cleaned properly over 3 days. Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed."

"Good hotel and good and kind staff at the front desk. I would highly recommend. We were with young children and kids loved it. Clean rooms with a nice view of the city, park. Room decore is modern and full size kitchen. The lobby had beautiful pond with fishes. Lovely coffee shop that is open late 7am to 9pm. Free parking lot in the garage of the hotel.
