"Ariel was terrific at check in. Room was lovely & the bed was very comfortable. The tile floor could do with a good wash, which seems to be typical of most hotels; maybe the mops are dirty? Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The hotel had run out of plates & there was no one to restock other items (forks?) until a guest checked under the cupboards. Tables were also not cleaned as guests left. A staffing issue perhaps? "

The location was also very convenient. Breakfast was awesome, definitely a highlight! There were plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again.”"
