"Poor experience unfortunately.
We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. Firstly, we struggled to find our room as it was not clearly signed. On going into our room, we had no power at all. We had to prop open our door to let enough light in so that we could call somebody. They eventually resolved the issue and we managed to sleep, despite the very hard bed
In the morning, the kettle was not working so we couldn't...

"We had this hotel booked as part of a birthday trip to the F1 at Silverstone. We had been looking forward to the trip since Christmas, so our experience left us feeling extremely disappointed.
The hotel grounds are stunning and upon arrival we were very impressed with the main building. This is the part of the hotel shown on their photos and is what we had based our stay around. After check-in, we were escorted to a separate building where our room was. This forms the basis of our extremely poor...

"Our experience at the hotel was just fine. I would not call it an “experience.” We booked it be sure our friend dreamed of staying here for his birthday. The spa was nice, and the bathroom in the room was nice. The food was terrible. And besides staff being nice, the service was terrible."

"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore.
The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails.
We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them.
The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle.
The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."

"Had a really wonderful stay even though it was only for a day. The room is clean and surprisingly spacious, good pool and steam room. Breakfast spread was good too. Looking forward to coming back soon."
