Cosy and clean accommodation with good breakfast. The area has very limited dining options and the accommodation restrictive check-in/out times making it in convinient for relaxing.

This B & B was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed relaxing in the garden. The breakfast options were generous and a delicious way to begin a busy day in the highlands. Proprietors were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local area dining and making sure we were comfortable. A great stay overall!

Birchbank B&B was a very comfortable stop. Parking was available and the area was very quiet. Alan and Ramona greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. We had a good nights sleep and we’re on our way early the next morning.

The B&B is pristine and very neat and tidy. We were upstairs and had to learn that the roof was low and sloped! The noise could be heard clearly from the room below. When we booked we must've nissed the small print! We paid a lot of money and expected a B&B to include breakfast. We would've had to pay extra had we wanted any!! In our humble opinion it was not worth the huge sum we had to pay.

Eco-friendly, but with a serious con ...

We liked the location and the couple who own this B&B were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower is the problem - extremely poor water pressure and poor heating / control of hot water. Can't recommend no matter how much I want to unless you're okay with a "caravan shower experience." Also, price to value was questionable given other experiences in Scotland in the same area.

Welcoming hosts and a clean and tidy room, with an excellent full Scottish breakfast. Good dinner options at nearby pubs within walking distance (I ate at the Stronlossit). Don't miss the Glen Roy viewpoint a few miles away!
