"If you are booking a stay here, you better hope you get the young lady working behind the counter during check-in. Honestly, walking up to her desk felt like winning the absolute lottery of the year. After a brutal, delayed flight and a nightmare layout with my luggage, I arrived at the hotel exhausted, frustrated, and ready to crash.Then, I met the absolute angel running the front desk:The Golden Ticket Upgrade: I had originally booked a basic, standard room right next to the elevator. Without me even asking, she took one look at my exhausted face, smiled, and completely upgraded me to a sprawling executive suite on the top floor. Talk about a jackpot!Elite Customer Service: She didn't just hand me a key and point me away. She was incredibly warm, gave me the insider rundown on the best local spots that stay open late, and even threw in extra complimentary breakfast vouchers just to "make my morning easier."The Sweetest Welcome: To top off the "lottery win," she reached under the counter and handed me a small box of local, artisanal sweets as a welcome gift. It was a tiny gesture that completely turned my entire travel week around.The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable—but the staff is the real treasure. That young lady deserves an absolute promotion. If employee of the year was decided by a lucky draw, she should win it automatically. 10/10 stars, I will definitely be staying here again!"
