"Beautiful bedroom very large and spacious, as was the en-suite shower room. The bed and bedding were excellent and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The water in the shower was hot and a good pressure. However the flush for the toilet was not working. I would also recommend the owners supply bedside lights as there were none and the main light switch was over by the door. A kettle and teabags/coffee were provided in the room but no milk or water. "Really nice and regrettably brief stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hosts went out of their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible (including an offer of a lift to a local pub!). Breakfast was really high quality and ample. I will definitely look to stay again! Thank you!"

"Terrible stay. Dirty rooms, Breakfast is non-existent and all continental only. A lot of maintenance workers stay here, so you can imagine the standard. Depressing side of the road lodge. It is not a hotel really, more like a youth hostel!"

"It was an ok stay. Very basic and a bit tired looking but clean enough if you don’t inspect the stained mattress and marks on the walls. Plus points helpful staff and free parking and next to a service station with an express M&S, Macdonalds, Greggs etc. plenty of electric charging on site."

"It's a lovely building close to the M11 in lovely grounds with parking. What I didn't like was check in at 4pm, it's out of step with most other places which are 3pm. Most hotels can get the rooms ready 11-3pm. The room was very small and the style was very dated, the rooms away from the main building are not well signed and a room for 2 people had no hand towels, 2 bath towels and the only toiletries was a minuscule bar of soap, no shower gel or shampoo. All hotels supply more than that and...
