"This Hotel is in a wonderful location very close to the town and the hotel staff are super helpful in organising Bus tickets /Trams /Boat tour etc . We asked the hotel to book two private tours and this was one of the highlights of our 7 day trip to Lisbon , the tour guides on both occasions were amazing , we saw so much more than what we could have done going solo . "We finished our Portugal trip with 4 nights here and loved it. Arrived before noon and Anna suggested we get some coffee and snacks and room was ready very quickly. We really liked our suite which was spacious, bright, and had a view over the Tagus. Bed very comfortable. Highlights of this hotel are the breakfast buffet and pastries and coffee available all day, the complimentary carafe of port in the room, plus the 4th floor library and patio overlooking the river. "This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly, information and personable. We had great conversations with them at the lovely quaint bar. We will definitely return!!"
