"They "said" they had an electrical issue and contacted Expedia to tell me that "they put me up" in the "roadside motel" across the street. First, I did not receive any communication from Expedia, so, did they actually call them? Secondly, the hotel had my phone number and email, THEY could have contacted me. I was not informed until I showed up to a LOCKED door "DURING CHECK IN HOURS" with no reception. I called the number and it replied this number is not answering calls. How do you feel with...

"Despite an unprepossessing exterior, the unit was wood panelled inside, and was cosy. The living area was large and it was quiet, being located away from the main road. The stairs to the bedrooms were a bit narrow and creaky, but we had a comfortable sleep. Enjoyed our stay."
