"We stayed here for just one night unfortunately as we would have loved to stay longer. The staff does everything to help with planning trips. They work with very devoted guids. For us Elisabeth arranged our guide Christmas who took us to the waterfall and learned us a lot of birding in Uganda. He also took care of the last minute permits for the gorilla tracking. "The bungalow was nice, spacious, especially the terrace overlooking the mountain forest was beautiful. The food was good and we also appreciated a good bottle of wine with dinner. It also has the advantage of being just minutes from the main gate to the national park (Rushaga Gate). The place is harder to find though, more signage would be appreciated. "

"The place is very nice and clean, however we felt a little bit scammed for the price of the food which is over European standard. "Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong.
