"Stayed here for the first time. Close to the airport but it's not noisy at all. This hotel offers hot breakfast however they don't do pancakes and waffles Monday through Friday. Indoor swimming pool, 24-hour gym, free parking was a plus. Mountain view is beautiful!"

"There was no clean towels and had to ask for them a couple of times, the floor was filthy, there was leftovers in the frig, there was no ice and no telephone in the room to reach them when there was a party of teenager drinking and fighting with their mom there. We did call the non emergency Ashland phone number and they were amazing. They came right out and took care of the issue and the room was emptied. We won't be staying there again."

"The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We arrived just as the front desk clerk was leaving. She graciously stayed and checked us in. The desk is unmanned after 9 pm. Our key was under the mat for our room. It would have been nice if the air conditioning had been turned on. It was 90+ degrees and the room didn't cool down until early morning."

"I booked the room as I was returning to California after being in Bellingham, WA . What o found was a building in construction without the name I expected. Apparently, the building ownership was changing as was the management, the name, etc. changes were under construction as they were booking rooms. After driving 9+ hours, not what I was expecting. "Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room."
