Needed the fans to sleep as city street noise in the night meant having the windows open was a litttle loud when delivery trucks were moving about. Wouldn’t describe this as luxury, more like scandi-functional. We had to lug suitcases up several flights of stairs as only a few condos have elevator access so make sure request elevator access...
