"First time ever, I have stayed in a room that had two refrigerators and two micro waves, kitchenette and standard room in one."

"Door would Not lock 5 days, bathtub drain plugged, no housekeeping for 7 days, I took towels down n brought clean ones back up, as I did trash. When they unplugged tub the dude left the towels on the BR floor-we cleaned it up. Day after they fixed the door it was broken. BR door shut n locked, the doornob on was put on backwards. Dump, shoddy at best. Best Western should be Ashamed to have its name attached."

"Staff was very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable with lots of comfy pillows. Free parking on site and free breakfast. I only had coffee but the breakfast offerings were many and looked fresh and delicious. The only negative was there was a large group of guests near me that were partying and loud u til 11:30 pm Friday and Saturday until 10-ish. "Clean room and great breakfast"

"When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

"I have stayed here many times. I have family living in Findlay and in Tiffin. This is a great location that allows me minimal driving to visit family in both cities. EVERY time I have stayed here it has been very clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable with comforters that actually have weight and comfort to them unlike some of the higher end hotels. The lobby area has great seating and lighting for playing games. I LOVE staying here. Oh...and did I mention...

"First off it is being renovated, however the tubs still shouldn’t look the way they do! She gave me 2 different rooms and they both had TERRIBLE looking tubs! I’m assuming it’s the cleaner that they use that left the scum. Some of the towels that were hanging shouldn’t be, luckily I bring my own when I travel!"

"The person whom we first dealt with at check-in around 1:00 pm seemed to be easily confused. We asked to pay upon departure but were charged ahead of time to an account we would not have chosen. She assured us twice that breakfast was on the second floor instead of the obvious dining area right beside us. Everyone else was great."

"The place was very well kept, the staff was wonderful and makes us want to return EXCEPT for the bedding. Our two queen room had two different height beds and both were the old style mattress and box spring. They were worn out, sides broke down, and creaked and cracked at every move. If they replace the bedding I would give it a for sure 5star rating"

"The staff was being trained, but everything took forever if someone was even there. Several times no one was even at the front desk. One of the ladies being trained had her own animal there and would stand and smoke right outside the door, it was not comfortable to even exit that door between the smoke and her dog. It was not very clean with trash overflowing and cigarette butts everywhere."

"Do not go here during their remodel. It smelled like sewer and it is just a mess. Not sure if staff would dress and present themselves more respectfully to guests when not under construction but was less than impressed. Could hardly tell who worked there."
